Job Description
  • Career level: 2-3 years of experience
  • We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer who will be able to individually work on diverse problem statements with minimal guidance. You have to be self driven, inquisitive and hands-on.
  • Your primary focus will be in applying data wrangling, analytics and modelling techniques to build robust data pipelines and algorithms that you then deploy in our behavior shaping platform.

Education/Experience Responsibilities - 

• Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building ML/DL models
• Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
• Doing ad-hoc analysis of disparate datasets to understand patters/hotspots and presenting results in a clear manner using standard interactive data visualization tools.
• Building and maintaining of complex algorithms based on data driven solutions
• Development and Integration of validated AI/ML models in production along with continuous monitoring and tuning of deployed models.
• Work independently and report regularly to product manager based on a prioritized list of needs
• Work with the domain team and other stakeholders to understand the problem statement and requirements   Requirements - 
Must Haves - 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, and 2+ years of practical experience in data analysis & data engineering
• Hands on expertise on Python/Pandas/MySQL
• Good Knowledge of interactive dashboarding tools such as Power BI / Tableau for visualization
• Conceptual knowledge of machine learning algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Random Forest, AdaBoost etc. Hands-on experience of building ML models using Python, pandas, scikit-learn and pyspark.
Good to Have - 

• Knowledge of Deep Learning NN architectures like CNN, RNN, LSTM, GANs Auto encoders etc. is a plus
• Knowledge of big data – wrangling, storage / retrieval, analysis, and visualization
• Knowledge of Apache SolR or similar storage systems
• Hands-on implementation experience in building Recommendation Engines using collaborative + content filtering and using Reinforcement Learning Algorithms.
• Experience with developing and deploying analytics solutions in AWS

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, as well as comprehend and decompose complex business problems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while handling multiple priorities
• Ability to listen effectively, seek clarification and communicate solutions clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
• Good social skills, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude
