JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safeguard materials against theft and damage
  • Responsibility for Incoming/ Outgoing tools and equipment
  • Keep store tidy and organized
  • Keep materials appropriately stored for easy and safe access.
  • Perform regular inventory checks as instructed by Stores Manager / Operation Manager
  • Receive materials from suppliers and inspection
  • Prepare manifest for project
  • Prepare materials for shipment to projects.
  • Signal defective/ out-of-order tools/ equipment for repair.
  • Maintain records of tools/equipment maintenance
  • Data Entry into the ERP System as per the requirement.
  • Any other duties or job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the company or officers acting on behalf of the company.
  • Monthly Quarantine report need to be filed
