Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Field Service Executive (FSE) role located in Bareilly. The FSE will be responsible for performing daily on-ground operations, including troubleshooting, technical support, and preventive maintenance of equipment. Interacting with clients to provide excellent customer service and addressing their concerns effectively will also be a key part of the role. A motivated and proactive approach is essential for success in this position.
Qualifications
- Field Service experience with a strong ability to handle on-site tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for resolving client issues
- Knowledge and experience in preventive maintenance of relevant equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills to address client queries and maintain customer satisfaction
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to on-site environments
- Experience in the payments or financial services industry is an advantage
