We are hiring a motivated and confident Telecaller with strong English communication skills. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, sharing information about our products/services, and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner. Freshers with good English speaking ability are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.
  • Clearly explain products/services and answer queries.
  • Maintain a polite and professional tone during calls.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure proper documentation.
  • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.
  • Record call details and customer information accurately.

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken English is a must.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
