Salary: 18,000 – 22,000 (Monthly In-hand) + PF + Other Benefits

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, attendance management, and HR operations. The role will involve managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities (documentation, induction, clearance, etc.).
  • Handle employee engagement activities to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Maintain and update attendance records, leave management, and timesheets.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Oversee employee KYC and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related MIS & reports in Excel.
  • Support in handling grievances, queries, and HR-related issues.
  • Ensure proper adherence to HR policies and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment.
  • Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
