Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented BPO Processors / Telecallers to join our dynamic student advisory team. The role involves connecting with potential students, providing accurate information about study abroad options, and supporting them through the initial stages of the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from students interested in studying abroad.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with senior advisors for further student support.
• Build positive relationships with students through professional and empathetic
• Stay updated on international education trends and country-specific admission requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).
• 0–1 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or education consulting.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
