Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual with strong experience in hardware testing and validation. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and expertise:

  • Hands-on experience in PCB-level testing and debugging.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits and components.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware issues at the board level.
  • Experience in system-level testing of electronic products.
  • Proficiency in preparing documentation for hardware and product testing activities.
  • Ability to execute test plans collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including hardware and firmware engineers.
  • Skilled in soldering SMD components and ICs.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance standards such as UL, IEC, etc.
  • Proficient in operating lab instruments such as multimeters, DSOs, and power supplies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform hardware-level board testing post-assembly.
  • Set up test benches for board and system-level validation.
  • Prepare comprehensive hardware test reports.
  • Collaborate with firmware engineers to conduct integrated board testing.
  • Develop detailed test plans and checklists for both hardware and software validation.
  • Understand wiring harness requirements and build them as per product specifications.
  • Identify applicable standards and key features for testing and ensure their implementation.
