Role & responsibilities
a) Monitor all sales floors of the business i.e. all floors' requirements are met in a time bound manner.
b) They walk the aisles; ask customers/ vertical heads if they need assistance & support in every possible way.
c) Take note of store inventory and raise requirement to purchase department through proper channel.
d) Ensure that team mates maintain good interpersonal skills and highly organized as per grooming and shop floor SOPs.
e) Ensure tidy shop, appropriate placing of campaign items, proper display of merchandising goods for effective presentation.
f) Assign duties & targets to staffs, train the floor staff for their assigned roles and empower them for achieving given targets.
g) Progress monitoring and periodic review of vertical heads and store staffs.
h) Attend to HNI customers in store or as per their convenient place and time.
i) Leave management of the store; escalating misses/ errors/ blunders; and suggest appropriate disciplinary actions.
j) Customer and team grievance handling.
