Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated SEO Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance online visibility, improve search rankings, and drive organic traffic. This role requires expertise in keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, link-building strategies, and social media marketing. The SEO Executive will also conduct comprehensive website audits and stay updated with evolving SEO trends and search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Implement on-page SEO techniques, including meta tags, URL structure, content optimization, and internal linking strategies.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO activities such as link-building, guest blogging, and influencer outreach.
  • Monitor and manage the backlink profile to ensure high-quality, authoritative links.
  • Perform SEO audits to assess website performance, identify technical issues, and recommend optimizations.
  • Analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and other performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content aligned with best practices.
  • Implement and optimize social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Strong expertise in keyword research, link-building techniques, and website audits.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and its role in SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
