Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)

Location - Sirsa, Haryana

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Timing: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to manage incoming and outgoing calls,

follow up with clients, and maintain accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain call logs.
  • Update customer data and follow up for feedback.
  • Provide product/service information as required.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication in Hindi/English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email).
  • Polite, confident, and customer-focused personality.
  • 1–2 years of telecalling or customer service experience is preferred.
