We are looking for a skilled Golang Backend Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, microservices, distributed systems, and solving complex backend challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Golang.
  • Build scalable systems and microservices for high-traffic applications.
  • Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput.
  • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
  • Implement APIs (REST/gRPC) and integrate third-party services.
  • Ensure system security, reliability, and uptime.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
  • Understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go design patterns.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of APIs (REST/gRPC) and authentication methods (JWT, OAuth).
  • Good problem-solving skills and debugging mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-traffic platforms (eCommerce, AdTech, fintech, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
  • Understanding of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
