Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, leading sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets. Core tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, creating strategic sales plans, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and preparing regular performance and sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Negotiation, and Strategic Planning
  • Proficiency in Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain processes
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a relevant field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
