  • Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments such as production, supply chain, marketing, finance, human resources, and customer service.
  • Manage and optimize company resources, including human capital, technology, and budgetary allocations.
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment between departments to promote a cohesive working environment.
  • Develop detailed operating plans to guide operational activities and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Lead and mentor mid-level and senior managers, fostering leadership development and a culture of operational excellence.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to unify and align the organization.
  • Promote training programs and employee development initiatives to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning for operational departments, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
  • Control operational expenses and optimize cash flow to support sustainable growth.
  • Develop financial models and provide operational insights to support business development and fundraising efforts.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, infrastructure costs, and other operational expenditures.
  • Identify potential operational, financial, reputational, and compliance risks.
  • Develop contingency plans and establish processes to mitigate these risks.
  • Ensure company compliance with industry regulations, policies, and governance standards
  • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to streamline operations and boost productivity.
  • Lead initiatives for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality assurance.
  • Encourage adoption of digital advancements such as machine learning and data analytics to gain competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, board members, and other key stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO in external communications, representing the company's operational capabilities when required.
  • Assist in exploring new market opportunities and diversifying revenue streams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
