Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, budgets, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal professional should have a strong background in civil project execution, site management, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities at project sites.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within defined cost and quality parameters.
  • Review and interpret design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor daily progress and prepare MIS reports for management review.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee subcontractor work, billing verification, and material procurement coordination.
  • Lead and motivate the project team to meet operational goals.
  • Handle client meetings, progress reviews, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Project Planning Tools (MS Project / Primavera) and AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of civil construction standards, quality control, and billing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation and team management abilities.

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Postgraduate degree preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in handling medium to large-scale construction projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
