Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter at our Visnagar location. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting IT professionals for open positions, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding account portfolios. They will collaborate with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring successful placements that meet both client and candidate goals. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales Recruitment and building strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Experience in Hiring and talent acquisition with knowledge of best practices.
  • Strong Account Management skills to foster relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of IT staffing and consulting is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
