Responsibilities:

• Breakdown - RCA (Root Cause Analysis), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Why-Why Analysis
• Safety & Compliance Regulations
• Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment
• Knowledge of Emergency Response Handling
• Contract Manpower Handling
• Shutdown Planning
• Breakdown Handling
• P&ID/ISO Reading
• Mechanical Systems Operations
• Mechanical Integrity and Reliability
• Maintenance Activities: Pumps & Gear Box, Cooling Tower, Compressor, Boiler, Chillers, Static Towers, Alignment, Piping, Dial Gauge Alignment Technique
• Material Inspection, GRN, Material Issue in ERP
• Engineering Drawing Reading, Rotating Equipment Fundamentals, Troubleshooting and Repair Techniques, Materials and Corrosion Knowledge, Pressure Vessel Inspections Procedures
• Installation and Commissioning of New Equipment
• Knowledge of PTW & Compliance
• Preventative Maintenance Execution
