Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Ranchi. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily team operations, provide leadership to team members, ensure project goals are met, and support overall business objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in strategic planning and execution to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization. The Assistant Manager will also contribute to solving operational challenges and fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications

  • Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to oversee operations and ensure project timelines are met
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address challenges and drive process improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective internal and external correspondence
  • Proficiency in using software and tools relevant to operational and project management functions
  • Ability to adapt quickly and stay organized in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles, particularly within the related industry, is preferred
