Position Summary:

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role plays a key part in warehouse operations, ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick items from warehouse shelves or storage areas according to order sheets or digital picking systems.
  • Pack items securely and accurately into boxes or pallets for shipment.
  • Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
  • Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when required.
  • Track inventory levels and report shortages or inconsistencies to the supervisor.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
