Hiring For Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication and Outreach:

2. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families.

3. Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and parents.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with educational consultants, feeder schools, and agencies to promote the school and attract prospective students.

5. Application Management:

6. Guide prospective students and families through the application process, providing clear information and advice on requirements and timelines.

7. Review and evaluate applicants' materials and credentials objectively and comprehensively to assess fit with the schools programs.

8. Data Management:

9. Maintain accurate and organized records of prospective students and applications.

10. Utilize the school's admission software to track applicants and generate reports on enrollment-related data.

11. Event Coordination:

12. Organize and participate in recruitment and admission events, including open houses, webinars, fairs, and school visits.

13. Coordinate and lead student shadowing and visitation programs.

14. Collaboration:

15. Work closely with faculty and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient admission process.

16. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the school's strengths and values.

17. Customer Service:

18. Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and families, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.

19. Handle complaints or issues that arise with sensitivity and towards a resolution.
