Role & respon

• Data Management:
• Maintain and update land acquisition data including landowner details, plot information, compensation records, legal status, etc.
• Create and manage databases/spreadsheets for real-time tracking of acquisition status.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on land acquisition progress.
• Generate dashboards and MIS reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, charts, etc.)
• Support decision-making by providing analytical insights based on data trends
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Organize and archive land documents such as agreements, compensation receipts, and legal documents.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness for audit and legal compliance.
• Coordination & Support:
• Coordinate with survey teams, legal teams, and field officers to gather and validate data.
• Support land negotiation teams with data inputs and documentation during meetings with landowners or government officials.
• System Usage:
• Update and maintain records in ERP or land management systems, if applicable.
• Use GIS or mapping tools (if available) to assist in plot-level land tracking.
• Other Duties:
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external reviews.
• Handle queries from the head office or government agencies regarding land data.sibilities
