Job Title: Computer OperatorDepartment: Administration / Business OperationsLocation: Indian OceanSalary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per monthJob Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Operator to manage data entry, reporting, and daily computer-based operations. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and other business-related software, along with good communication skills in spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry, record-keeping, and system updates accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and summaries.
  • Use Advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
  • Operate business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, or accounting systems) as per operational needs.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, business documents, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
  • Support management in routine administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Computer Science, or Business Administration).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of business or office management software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or Google Workspace) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Advanced Excel or Data Analysis.
  • Experience working in a business operations or administrative environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Compensation:

  • ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month (depending on skills and experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
