Job Description:

We are looking for a female telecaller who can handle client inquiries, make outbound calls, and coordinate with the sales/marketing team. The candidate should be confident, have good communication skills, and be comfortable explaining company services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries.

Explain company services/products clearly and confidently.

Maintain records of customer interactions in the database.

Follow up with clients regularly and schedule appointments.

Coordinate with sales or marketing teams for lead updates.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command over English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry).

Patience, persuasion, and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
