Role Summary

We are looking for a high-ownership, hands-on Head of Engineering to lead the full development lifecycle of our multi-product enterprise software ecosystem. • Architect scalable, secure, multi-tenant SaaS systems.


• Build modular microservice architectures with API-driven workflows.


• Ensure performance, reliability, and high availability across all products.

  1. AI & Automation Implementation


• Lead AI-powered features such as:


• Data extraction & ML models


• NLP/LLM-based workflows


• Predictive analytics


• Automation of repetitive business processes


• Mentor team members in AI implementation and integration.

  1. Delivery Ownership


• Own planning, sprints, releases, and timelines for multiple products running in parallel.


• Conduct weekly engineering reviews and ensure timely releases.


• Identify & remove blockers early and manage risks effectively.

  1. Security, Compliance & Data Governance


• Implement secure coding, data privacy controls, and compliance frameworks.


• Drive standards for encryption, user access, audit trails, and data protection.

  1. Team Development


• Recruit, mentor, and upskill engineers across all levels.


• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.


• Introduce best practices in code reviews, DevOps, and automation.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise


• 10–15 years of engineering experience with minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role.


• Strong hands-on knowledge in:


• Python, FastAPI, , React


• Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes


• AI/ML, NLP, OCR, LLM-based automation


• SQL/NoSQL databases, API integrations
