Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Surgeon who can independently manage the clinic in the absence of the Principal Doctor. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling general dental procedures, patient consultations, diagnosis, and providing treatment with a patient-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine dental procedures including restorations, extractions, scaling & polishing, RCTs, and prosthetic work.
  • Diagnose and manage common dental conditions with proper treatment planning.
  • Handle patient consultations, explain treatment options, and maintain proper case records.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure smooth functioning of the practice when the Principal Doctor is unavailable.
  • Maintain sterilization protocols, patient safety, and overall clinic hygiene.
  • Build trust and rapport with patients through effective communication and care.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • BDS from a recognized institution.
  • Valid DCI registration.
  • Clinical experience preferred (fresh graduates with good clinical skills may also apply).
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
