Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards during all stages of the solar module manufacturing process (cell inspection, stringing, lamination, framing, and final assembly).
  • Conduct visual and functional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products as per quality protocols.
  • Support implementation of quality control procedures, work instructions, and standard operating practices (SOPs).
  • Record, analyze, and report inspection data and non-conformance findings; assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with production, process, and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Learn and support equipment calibration, process audits, and quality documentation as per ISO and IEC standards.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations within the quality department.

Preferred candidate profile

  • B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
  • Strong interest in solar manufacturing, quality systems, and process improvement.
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of quality tools (5S, 7 QC tools, CAPA, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on shop floor operations.
  • Having Skill of MS Office, Presentations and MS Excel.
