Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Deoria for a criminal and civil matrimonial representative at the Civil Court District. The role involves managing and handling criminal and civil matrimonial cases, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and advising clients on legal matters related to matrimonial disputes. The individual will work closely with other legal professionals, court staff, and clients to ensure the effective management and resolution of cases.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of criminal and matrimonial legal procedures and laws
• Experience in drafting legal documents and legal research
• Skills in client representation and courtroom presence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
