Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Accounting: Record and categorize day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
  2. Statutory Compliance: Timely filing of EPF, ESI, PT, and TDS returns and payments.
  3. Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate salary calculations and deductions.
  4. Project-Wise Accounting: Maintain ledgers and analyze Profit & Loss for individual projects.
  5. Budgeting: Preparing monthly budgets and monitor variances.
  6. Secretarial Compliance: Ensure MCA filing and compliance with statutory requirements.
  7. Petty Cash: Manage petty cash disbursements and maintain records.
  8. Support the CEO with scheduling, reports, communications, and other executive tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting roles
  • Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of TDS, EPF, ESI, and PT rules
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
