The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks to keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, paid ads).
  • Manage brand presence across platforms, ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms.
  • Business Operations & Coordination
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for project deliverables.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Support business growth initiatives, including partnerships, proposals, and process improvements.
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise and guide marketing and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture.
  • Ensure clear communication and accountability within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with operational responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in budget management and reporting.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset.
