Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Manager located in New Delhi. The role involves managing client engagements
(Public Sector)
, supervising teams, and providing high-quality services in digital transformation. The role includes developing business strategies, maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving project deliverables. The Assistant Manager/Manager will also be responsible for coaching team members and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- B. Tech/ B.E. in CSE/ IT/ ECE along with MBA
- Strong background in digital transformation in Public Sector
- Minimum 6 Years of working experience
- Proficiency in developing business strategies and maintaining client relationships
- Team management and leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
