Job Overview

Join us to design user-centric interfaces for property search, interior visualization tools, mortgage platforms, and immersive 3D applications. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring our customers enjoy delightful interactions at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Create interactive prototypes in Framer or similar tools to validate design concepts and user journeys.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Establish and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides for consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and address technical constraints.
• Design responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
• Create micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement and delight.
• Participate in design reviews, present concepts to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback iteratively.
• Support product teams in defining feature requirements from a user experience perspective.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging design tools in proptech and e-commerce.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products, preferably in tech startups or product companies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Expert proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Framer, Protopie, or similar animation/prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and mobile-first experiences.
• Familiarity with design systems, atomic design principles, and component-driven development.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers.
• Strong visual design skills: typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design decisions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Diploma or certification in UI/UX Design from a recognized institute is acceptable.
• Equivalent industry experience with a strong portfolio will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• Preferred: coursework covering user research methodologies, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or Figma Dev Mode.
• Familiarity with user research techniques: surveys, interviews, card sorting, A/B testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• Experience designing for 3D/XR interfaces or spatial computing environments.
• Basic motion design skills using After Effects, Principle, or Rive.
• Understanding of frontend frameworks (React, ) and component-based architecture.
• Experience with design tokens, theming, and scalable design system governance.
• Portfolio showcasing work in game dev, real estate, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
