Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in cleanroom and fabrication areas.
  • Support semiconductor manufacturing tools with electrical power setups, grounding, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution panels, circuit breakers, control panels, and emergency systems.
  • Collaborate with process and equipment engineers for tool commissioning and electrical layout support.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical infrastructure and maintain accurate logs.
  • Adhere to all cleanroom protocols, EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) guidelines, and ISO standards.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and support quick resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and internal quality procedures.

Desired Profile:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance or installation, preferably in a semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing setup.

  • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, single-phase and three-phase connections, grounding, and earthing.
  • Hands-on experience with multi meters, megger testers, clamp meters, etc.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom environments and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, and control circuits is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
  • Willing to work in shifts and support emergency maintenance calls when required.
