Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AdSense Specialist based in Gurugram. The AdSense Specialist will be responsible for optimizing AdSense revenue through effective setup and management of ad placements, analyzing website traffic and ad performance, and implementing strategies to improve ROI. The individual will also collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align ads with website objectives and comply with Google AdSense policies.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Google AdSense policies, ad optimization, and revenue generation strategies
• Proficiency in website performance analysis tools and data-driven decision making
• Skills in digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Experience in web content management and design to enhance user engagement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field is preferred
