Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Azure-native DevOps platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based DevOps solutions, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and associated networking and security services.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and manage Helm charts for application deployments.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for AKS and Docker-based environments.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure CLI and version-controlled repositories.
• Ensure container security best practices are applied across build and deployment processes.
• Perform Linux system administration and develop shell scripts for automation and maintenance tasks.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions using tools such as Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
• Manage and optimize Azure cost and resource utilization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and Platform Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure ecosystem including AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Networking, Security, and Cost Management.
• Expertise in Kubernetes cluster administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency with Helm, Docker, and container orchestration.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell (Bash) and experience with Azure CLI.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Working knowledge of monitoring and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).
