Ammonia Operator

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Ammonia Operator to join our dairy manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and monitoring the ammonia refrigeration systems used for milk chilling, cold storage, and other process applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration systems used for milk chilling and storage.
• Check compressors, condensers, and pipelines regularly for proper working.
• Record temperature and pressure readings and report any issues.
• Follow safety and hygiene rules as per dairy standards.
• Support cooling operations during milk processing and packaging.
• Ensure continuous and efficient cooling to maintain product quality.

Qualifications & Education:

• ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• 0–2 years of experience in ammonia plant or dairy industry.
• Basic knowledge of ammonia safety and control panel operation.
• Able to use common maintenance tools.
