Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Engineer located in Trivandrum. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, conducting inspections, and ensuring equipment functionality. The role includes troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues efficiently. The Shift Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Technical skills in maintenance operations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Experience in conducting equipment inspections and ensuring equipment functionality
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work with various departments
  • Understanding of safety protocols and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in facility management or a related field is a plus
