What are we looking for?We're looking for a Functional Analyst who brings a strong product mindset, structured problem -solving skills, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity. You'll be the bridge between ideas and implementation, analyzing data, understanding user behavior, mapping workflows, and helping shape how our product evolves. What will you be doing?Analyze user journeys, behavioral patterns, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities and pain points.Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications for product and development team.Conduct user research and apply qualitative insights to support product decisions.Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to ensure alignment between product vision and execution.Track user behavior and product data to understand what's working and what needs improvement.Maintain up -to -date process documentation and internal knowledge base.Work across teams to ensure consistency and clarity in how we define, document, and deliver products.Requirements What will you need to succeed at Quicko?Logical and analytical mindset, with a knack for breaking down problems and understanding patterns in data and workflows.Understanding of user -centered design, product development processes, and agile methodologies.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console or similar analytics platforms.Strong communication skills with ability to articulate vision, and present complex data insights to the team.Proficiency in documentation using tools like Notion.
