We are looking for a motivated

Project Manager (Entry-Level)

to join our team and support ongoing IT projects in the

fuel and power sector . This role involves coordinating with developers, tracking progress across various teams, and ensuring smooth execution across different business units.

About us CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550 people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of IT projects related to fuel/power domain. Coordinate between developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Work closely with different units/teams for gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and resolving dependencies. Maintain project documentation, status trackers, and regular reporting. Identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate them for timely resolution. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external teams. Required Skills: Basic understanding of IT/software development life cycle (SDLC). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work with technical teams (developers, QA, etc.). Strong attention to detail and task follow-ups. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic project tracking tools.
