  • FOS agents with Basic communication skills in English
  • Healthy mix of 50:50 for Fresher's & Experience Can be considered for this process
  • Minimum eligibility criteria for FOS is 10+2(senior secondary)
  • DRA Certified would be preferred but not Mandatory.
  • PVC/FCU to be mandatorily completed
  • Should have a minimum of 1+ years of field experience in a similar role in recovery
  • Experience in deep bucket collection Wheel segment and commercial vehicle segment would be preferred but not mandatory
  • Should stick to the Client app allocation that is assigned and visit are done as per the same
  • Visit the customer and convince them to make the payment
  • Capture the visit Feedback in Client Collection App
  • Stick to the code of conduct values
  • FOS will always display the ID card issued while doing the collection activity
  • Deposition to be done as per the TAT defined

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
