About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and self-driven HTML/CSS Developer with 4+ years of experience in front-end designing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a global environment, collaborating with international stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, responsive web interfaces. You will also contribute to application upliftment and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible, and pixel-perfect web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide regular progress updates.
  • Optimize web pages for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Ensure adherence to web standards and best practices.
  • Take ownership of deliverables, work independently, and proactively manage timelines.
  • Support upliftment and modernization of existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Strong expertise in front-end designing with a keen eye for detail and usability.
  • Experience in working within global project environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience in upliftment/modernization of existing applications will be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Exposure to PHP for backend integration or full-stack capability.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end build tools.
  • Experience with for building interactive front-end components.
