Job Description – Fullstack / MERN Stack Developer (4 to 6 Years Experience)

We are looking for a skilled
MERN Stack Developer
with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic and innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable fullstack web applications using
MongoDB, , , and
. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver robust, seamless, and user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end web applications using the
    MERN stack
    with clean, modular, and reusable code.
  • Build
    responsive
    user interfaces using and reusable UI components.
  • Implement efficient backend services and REST APIs using and
  • Integrate front-end and back-end systems ensuring
    smooth data flow
    and application performance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes and designs into functional features.
  • Work on database schemas, queries, indexing, and optimization using
    MongoDB

  • Manage application state effectively using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices across the development lifecycle.
  • Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest MERN stack trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript (ES6+),
