Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
- Handle tax compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, etc.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, banking operations, and fund management.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Advise management on cost optimization, financial risks, and investment opportunities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- [X]+ years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
