Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Architect to lead the design and execution of hospital and healthcare facility projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hospital planning, patient-centric design, compliance with healthcare standards, and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, planning, and execution of hospitals and large healthcare projects.
  • Work closely with medical consultants, administrators, and healthcare planners to understand requirements.
  • Coordinate with MEP, structural, HVAC, and medical equipment consultants for specialized hospital infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, and other healthcare facility guidelines.
  • Oversee project documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  • Design hospital interiors considering patient flow, accessibility, and infection control.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project execution and resolve design challenges.
  • Manage, guide, and mentor junior architects and interns.
  • Handle hospital renovation/expansion projects with seamless integration.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Master's in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of medical planning, sterile zoning, patient circulation, and hospital workflows.
  • Experience in hospital interiors and large-scale healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with hospital administrators, medical consultants, and engineering teams.
