IT Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Associate to support daily IT operations at our Darjeeling property. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to assist with network and system support for smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the maintenance of hotel systems such as PMS (Property Management System), POS, and back-office software.
• Monitor and support Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, and LAN connections.
• Coordinate with the corporate IT team for troubleshooting and updates.
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and assist in installations or upgrades.
• Ensure data security and regular system backups.
• Support team members with daily IT requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support; hospitality experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of networking, system setup, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to technical issues.
