Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic, visionary, and experienced education leaders to serve as Principals across various branches of Central Academy in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, proven leadership skills, and a deep commitment to fostering academic excellence and all-round student development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic academic and administrative leadership in alignment with Central Academy's vision and values.
  • Oversee daily school operations including academics, staff management, discipline, and community relations.
  • Implement and monitor the prescribed curriculum while ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Guide and mentor teachers to adopt innovative pedagogical practices and maintain high performance levels.
  • Develop and execute programs that promote the holistic development of students — academic, cultural, and extracurricular.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain transparent communication with parents, management, and local authorities.
  • Manage school finances responsibly, including budgeting, fee collection, and resource allocation.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Postgraduate degree (preferably in Education / Management / relevant field).
  • B.Ed / M.Ed qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership/administrative role (Principal / Vice Principal / Headmistress).
  • Thorough understanding of CBSE guidelines, school management systems, and academic policies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive institutional growth.
