Job Summary: As a Senior Project Manager for fire projects, you will be responsible for the planning,

execution, and successful completion of fire protection and safety projects. You will lead a team of

professionals and coordinate wsith various stakeholders to ensure the project's objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, budget, and

timelines. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a cross-functional project team, including engineers, technicians,

and contractors. Assign tasks and responsibilities and ensure effective communication among team

members.

Budget Management: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and

ensuring cost control measures are in place.

Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and make

adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time project completion.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all fire projects adhere to relevant local, state, and federal

regulations, codes, and standards.

Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project

status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including equipment, materials, and manpower,

to meet project requirements.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes and inspections to ensure that all fire

protection systems and safety measures meet industry standards and specifications.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks. Develop contingency plans to address

unforeseen issues.

Vendor and Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate

contracts, and manage their performance to meet project goals.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders,

reports, and project files.

Safety: Prioritize safety throughout the project, ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are

followed to prevent accidents and injuries.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve project issues, conflicts, and challenges promptly to keep the

project on track.

Project Closure: Ensure proper project closeout, including final inspections, documentation

handover, and client satisfaction surveys.
