Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Factory In-Charge to manage day-to-day factory operations, ensure timely production, maintain quality standards, and oversee workforce management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in running manufacturing units efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production targets.
  • Supervise production teams and ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.
  • Monitor machinery, maintenance schedules, and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Implement and enforce quality control standards and safety protocols.
  • Maintain stock of raw materials, monitor inventory, and coordinate with procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and factory norms.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost-efficiency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, HR, Logistics, and Maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in factory or production management roles.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and production software/tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle pressure situations.
