Centre for Eye at Manipal, Kharadi, is a state-of-the-art eye care facility dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive ophthalmic services. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Senior Optometrist to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering excellence in eye care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye exams and advanced refraction
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (OCT, Visual Fields, Topography, Biometry, etc.)
Assist in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-ups
Support subspecialty clinics (retina, glaucoma, cornea, etc.)
Mentor junior optometrists and clinical staff
Ensure accurate documentation and patient education
Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's in Optometry from a recognized institute
3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or multi-specialty setup
Strong clinical judgment and patient handling skills
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
