Housekeeping Duties:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure that rooms are prepared with the required amenities and that all areas are free from dirt, dust, and other hazards.
  • Inspect and replenish guest room supplies, such as towels, toiletries, and linens.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while cleaning and handling chemicals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist guests with requests related to room amenities, housekeeping services, and other guest needs.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive, and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
