Job Title: OLA UBER Driver

Job Purpose: To provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services as a cab driver for passengers during designated shifts, with occasional duties as a personal driver for special assignments or clients, depending on operational needs.

• Key Responsibilities Driver Safety & Compliance:
• Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Passenger Service:
• Transport passengers by cab as per assigned routes or customer requests, ensuring a courteous, professional, and comfortable experience.
• Personal Driving Duties:
• On selected days, take on the role of a personal driver for specific clients, attending to special requests, maintaining discretion, and providing a higher level of personalized service.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Perform daily checks (fuel, oil, lights, brakes, tire pressure, etc.), report maintenance needs promptly, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Documentation:
• Accurately record pick-up and drop-off, track fares, log mileage, and complete all required paperwork or digital entries in the provided system.
• Route Navigation:
• Use GPS and road knowledge to select the fastest, safest routes, adapting to real-time traffic and customer preferences.
• Professional Standards:
• Maintain a professional appearance, exhibit good communication, and handle confidential information discreetly—especially during personal driving assignments.
• Cash Handling:
• Manage fares and, if necessary, digital payment transactions accurately, providing receipts and accounting for all transactions as required.
• Emergency Response:
• Be prepared to respond appropriately to emergencies, provide basic assistance, and follow company protocols if situations arise.
• Adherence to Schedule:
• Punctual attendance for shifts, appointments, and special assignments, including flexibility for early, late, or long working hours as needed.
• Customer Reporting:
• Report feedback, incidents, or operational issues to management in a timely and transparent manner.
• QualificationsValid professional driver's license (required for both cab and personal driving duties).
• Proven driving record with no history of major accidents or violations.
• Familiarity with the local area, routes, and points of interest.
• Ability to interact courteously and professionally with diverse clients, from general passengers to high-profile individuals.
• Basic English (spoken), local language proficiency.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and emergency procedures.
• Ability to adapt between routine cab and specialized personal driving services as assigned.
• Discretion, integrity, and confidentiality for client privacy (especially for personal driving assignments).
• Physical stamina and alertness for long shifts.
• Work EnvironmentEmployment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible assignments.
• Work Schedule: Shift-based, may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights for personal driving assignments.
• Reporting To: Dispatcher / Operations Manager.
• Tools Provided: Vehicle, GPS device, safety equipment, and digital dispatch system.
