Job description:

Position: Standup Pouching Operator

Company: Sprinpak Manufacturing LLP

Location: Bilaspur, Haryana

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate standup pouch-making machines.
  • Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters to ensure consistent pouch quality and size.
  • Inspect finished pouches for seal strength, print registration, and visual defects.
  • Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
  • Ensure machines are cleaned and maintained as per schedule.
  • Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams in case of equipment or quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement activities for productivity and waste reduction.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant trade preferred.
  • Experience:
    3–5 years of experience in operating standup pouching machines (preferably in flexible packaging industry).
